Hi team, We just received the delivery for Order #8821 and the wrong SKU was shipped. We ordered SKU-4420-B (the 12-pack blue label) but received SKU-4420-A (the 6-pack red label). We need 200 units of the correct product by Friday for our weekend promotion. This is causing a major disruption on our end and our warehouse team is already on the phone with our store managers. Please expedite the replacement shipment and provide a return label for the incorrect items. Can you also confirm whether this will affect any other pending orders in our queue?
